*********** JUST REDUCED *************
Designed by Arthur Mursell (best known for his Nelson range of boats) as a luxury live aboard diver support vessel capable of cruising worldwide in any waters, this exceptional vessel has been built to exacting standards. She complies with the MCA Small Commercial Vessels Code of Practice and the scantlings are to Lloyds Special Service Craft requirements. Due to the constructor of her hull and superstructure falling behind schedule and finally going into liquidation and for reasons of other commitments, the current owner has made the decision to withdraw from this project.
Great care and effort has been made to ensure that the vessel has been completed to a stage whereby the steel hull and marine grade aluminium superstructure has been completed and she is ready for fit out.
This yacht represents a phenomenal investment/business/lifestyle opportunity.

Accommodation
Forward from the galley area are designed two large double cabins each with its own facilities, one to port, one to starboard in the mid accommodation area. Forward of this is a further large double cabin again which would have had its own facilities. Forward of this is the forepeak with a deck access hatchway.
From the deck saloon, down companionway steps, is the aft accommodation area. This was to have been the owner?s suite, with full en suite facilities, a separate day toilet and shower area and the entrance to the engine room.
Dining Area
The original design comprises the cockpit area where there are two rows of four seats facing inboard, each with its own locker for equipment and coaming lockers behind for diving cylinder and general storage. A helm position was designed to be to starboard and on the aft bulkhead of the deck saloon were to have been mounted two electric winches for all sail handling. Lines would be lead over the deck saloon down to these winches and from the deck through tunnels beneath the coamings up to the winches. Forward of this area is the deck saloon, the original design of which was to be day accommodation on the port side, and navigation and office area to starboard with a second helm position.
Ground Tackle
The vessel is designed as a ketch rig and all the chain plates are fixed in the structure. There is a compression post in the engine room which supports the mizzen mast and four compression posts in the mid accommodation companionway area for the main mast.
