Keels rubbed down and rust preventative applied, primed and antifouled (as hull) as recommended by the surveyor
Replaced through-hull fitting in forecabin as recommended by the surveyor
Engine serviced and shaft re-aligned as recommended by the surveyor
External teak stripped where necessary and several coats of appropriate treatment applied
Sprayhood removed and modified including material added to foot
Sails laundered and repaired where necessary
Gelcoat repairs to areas on deck and in cockpit as required to eliminate old screw holes and chips etc.
Repairs to sagging lining and other minor lining damage in cabin
Gas regulator and pipes replaced as necessary, tested and certificate secured
Topsides and deck cleaned and polished/waxed, as appropriate
Rigging checked to find what had been replaced since new
Windows checked and recaulked as necessary
