Additional Specifications

Between 1996 and 2003 'Portcullis IV' was used mainly for local cruising in the Solent area and along the south coast. She has had many modifications and improvements under this ownership and was carefully and methodically maintained during this period. She was wintered ashore for at least 5 months each year.
<br>I purchased the yacht in 2003 and the following has been attended to:
2004 - Engine stripped and reassembled, new sprayhood, stackpack, lazyjacks.
2005 - New gearbox, shaft coupling, 2 x batteries.
2006 - All standing and some running rigging replaced, 2 x spinnakers added, new spinnaker pole, new autopilot and mounting.
2007 - sails repaired and laundered. Boat antifouled, epoxied, polished and woodwork done.
Hull polished annually, boot top lines removed, Garmin chart plotter mounted in cockpit, completely new Yanmar cylinder head replacement and related work.
